We do tend to book up quickly, but please don’t be discouraged! Can’t find an appointment that works for your schedule right now? Complete this form to be added to our waitlist! People do cancel, and we can get in touch with you if cancellations come in.

Our office is located on the second floor with an accessible ramp, elevator, and there is usually ample parking in the building’s lot. The bathrooms are wheelchair accessible.
