For Providers

Welcome!

We are here to help your patients achieve the best recovery possible and to help them manage symptoms of chronic diseases that involve the lymphatic system, such as lymphedema and lipedema. We work wonderfully for folks in maintenance stage of their lymphedema and cancer rehab, for those who are waiting to get into a clinic that has a large waiting list, for those who may not be able to see their PT due to insurance coverage running out, and we work well in concert with physicians, NPs, PTs and other OTs so that patients feel they have a multifaceted team on their side.

To refer patients to us, you can fill out and fax this form, and/or you can simply let patients know of our services and point them to our website and contact info. If you’d like to have business cards or postcards on hand to give to your patients, please let us know and we’ll be happy to mail you some.

Our fax number is 508-366-8122.

Not billing insurance means we have freedom as to how sessions are structured (more hands-on time!) and how longer-term treatment plans and durations are designed. We accept Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Accounts, and we are happy to provide a receipt to submit for reimbursement. We can also provide coded billing documentation to Medicare and other insurance companies, and a number of our patients receive substantial reimbursement as a result.

Please reach out anytime if you’d like to receive reports as to your patient’s status and progress, or if you have questions about what we do!

Our phone number is 508-203-1671.
